What are protective lenses used for?
Prevents the focusing lens from burning and scratching.
Transmits the laser beam without power loss thanks to its special AR coating.
Isolates the inside of the cutting head from external dust and high gas pressure.
Material and Power Compatibility: Glass of a quality matching the machine's laser power must be selected (especially at high powers of 6kW and above, JGS1 fused silica material, which is resistant to thermal stress, should be preferred).
